Furthering my Understanding of Holistic Healing

As a kale farmer and CBD advocate, I’m always looking for ways to further my understanding of holistic healing. Recently, I started asking myself, Am I always looking for the ‘scummier’ option? While it’s true that some holistic remedies offer additional benefits that you can’t find in traditional medicine, this doesn’t always mean they’re the best for you.

I often find myself motivated by the natural approach that comes with many holistic solutions. After all, there’s something to be said about utilizing the power of nature to heal, and CBD is no exception. While CBD has offered immense help in managing stress and chronic pain, I’ve also realized that it’s not always the “scummier” option.

For example, I recently had to make a decision when going to the doctor for a minor ailment – should I take the traditional antibiotic, or should I turn to a natural approach? After weighing my options, I decided to go with the traditional option. While I love the natural approach, I also realized that it might not be the best solution for the issue at hand.

At the end of the day, my takeaway is this: just because a remedy is natural, doesn’t always mean it’s the best or “scummier” option. Sometimes you have to make a decision based on the immediacy of the situation and the long-term ramifications. In fact, it’s important to evaluate each remedy independently and decide what’s best for you.

So when you find yourself looking for the most natural solution, don’t forget that the “scummier” option doesn’t always mean it’s the best one. Remember to take into account the severity of the issue and the immediate consequences as well. And of course, don’t forget to consult with your doctor before taking any sort of remedy, no matter natural or not.
